Attention All Fifth Years:
Your oral boards are quickly approaching. Since Seattle Grace Mercy West invested so much into your training as residents, we hope that you shall consider our hospital to deepen your specialisation with one of our many fellowships.
Please answer this email as soon as possible to state which specialty you will be pursuing. Fellowships will be decided, and ultimately sealed, on the date of April 28th. In other words, work hard because this is your big day, the day you hopefully graduate and competition is tight. I would advise you all to carry on working and putting in hours. Do not slow down, but make sure to take care of yourself and get enough rest. We will not tolerate mistakes being made in patient care due to doctor’s being fatigued.
Work hard, submit your papers, and carry on. I wish you all the very best and hope to see everyone successfully reaching their goals in the new year.

Well would you look at that. Don’t you just love to see all the fifth years all sweat and bothered for their fellowships. I hope you don’t fail your boards, you were all too much work for something like this to stop your career. Get to it!It’s wonderful to see the resdients all grown up. I’ll miss you all deeply.
